Therefore our food is healthy, nutritious, and clean and contributes to the strength and equilibrium of the mind. This is an ideal opportunity for single people and families looking to improve their overall health. By participating in our once a week – one day’s ayurvedic meal experience, you’ll be amazed at the time it saves so you can focus on other important areas of your life like family, future goals and dreams.


How it works: Olea Oliva! is now offering Ayurvedic culinary seasonal foods once a week.  Each Sunday, Ayurvedic Chef Smita will prepare 4 freshly cooked meals for you to pick up at Olea Oliva! between 4pm – 5pm. Smita provides a variety of foods that combines the healing herbs and spices used in traditional Ayurveda.

Ayurveda—from ayur, meaning "life," and veda, meaning "science or knowledge"—is an ancient theory of mind-body wellness that dates back more than 2,000 years to ancient India. The guiding principles of the Ayurvedic diet are balance and nourishment, both of the body and mind. According to the Ayurvedic doctrine, nourishing the body nourishes the soul—and vice versa—leading to better overall wellness.
