Still struggling with food & eating?  The solution isn’t in a new diet!  We must heal our relationship with food first! The practices of Ayurveda bring balance, which is why the concept of augmenting and extractive foods is a powerful way to guide the way we prepare our meals. In this workshop, we will discuss the guideline to follow – to make your meal planning simple.  We will be cooking a meal using this concept.
