It is fresh Corn season at its peak! Corn is best when fresh off the stalk and ready for some tasty dishes. The long-awaited corn season is here for our enjoyment! Discover how fresh corn enhances other ingredients to create a remarkable light summer meal. 

In this Cooking Workshop you will learn how to:

MENU

  • Ayurvedic corn salad
  • Fresh sweet corn on the cob soupy curry
  • Corn chevdo served in phyllo shells

What to expect:  This is a hands-on cooking class. Practice makes perfect, so roll up those sleeves! Master new skills as you work side by side with our chefs to create an amazing meal.

When: Wednesday, May 17th, 6:00pm to 7:30pm

NOTE: The participants will be actually making your own Buddha bowls in the workshop.

We will need a minimum of 6 attendees. In the event we have less than 6 attendees, we reserve the right to cancel and will provide you a full refund. Space is very limited!!!
