Learn how to make the iconic Indian street food vegetable samosa with Chef Smita. This light, crispy pastry can encapsulate incredible savory or sweet flavors, together creating an unbelievably delicious snack for any time of day.

You will not only be making the traditional Indian pastry, but also the classic samosa filling. You’ll learn about and use spices and vegetables to create this scrumptious filling. Then you’ll be introduced to the art of folding the instantly recognizable samosa into that perfect parcel and baking them to perfection.

In this hands-on cooking workshop you will learn to create two variations of the samosas and at the end of the workshop, you will get to enjoy your creations.
