Who says you need to go to a fancy restaurant in a big city to have a memorable wine and food pairing experience?  Did you know, Olea Oliva! is now offering a seasonal freshly prepared 4 course meal in an eclectic atmosphere and an enjoyable dining experience!

Want to take your cocktail game to the next level? Balsamic vinegar in a cocktail!? Yes!

It may sound strange, but the sweet, rich and slightly acidic flavors of our top-quality balsamic vinegars make great additions to an endless variety of cocktails and other mixed drinks. In fact, adding vinegar to drinks is a longstanding tradition. During the American Revolution mixed fruit, water, and vinegar drinks called “Shrubs” were popular (although usually not spiked with alcohol).

Food and balsamic cocktail pairings allow us to pair individual dishes with different cocktails, extra virgin olive oils and balsamics to enhance the flavor of both the food and the beverage. Some of our most enjoyable balsamic cocktails and food pairing experiences are when everyone’s in the kitchen, talking, laughing, eating and having a good time.
