10/26/2022 - Soup in a Jar (2 jars) – Holiday Gifting Ideas

Holiday season will be here before you know it. Let’s not lose track on staying healthy and keeping a healthier lifestyle! Come join us for an hour to make hearty soups in a jar! We will be making two different recipes for you to take home! One will be a curried lentil soup recipe and the second will be Italian barley and wild rice recipe for you to take home.  Great for holiday gifting ideas.

Thanks to layers of colorful beans, lentils and herbs, soup-in-a-jar mix is nutritious and pretty! The soup is a great source of fiber and a nice change from all of the treats circulating during the holiday season.

Take home the recipe and the base for a quick, warm winter soup - enough for the whole family! Have fun, laugh, and share great ideas to support healthy choices with one simple change!

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel 2 days prior to the start of a workshop and receive a workshop credit for the future. If you do not show up, no credit or refund is available.
