1. Ayurvedic Dosha/Lifestyle Consultation (2.5 hours)
This is the place to start if you are new to Ayurveda and have never had a consultation before. The first step to balancing your body through food is by understanding your dosha (your constitution). In this consultation, we’ll explore your current diet, lifestyle, health challenges, exercise routines and stress triggers and empower you with some ways to reset your digestion and in turn enable you to become more in tune with your inner patterns and predispositions to help you balance your lifestyle using simple Ayurveda practices and foods for balancing your dosha--additional information here.
After the consultation, you will be empowered in our Olea Olivedic kitchen to prepare a meal for your dosha type!
Once payment is completed you will be directed to complete an "Ayurvedic Constitution Quiz".
