Mango - Balsamic Vinegar
FLAVOR: Sweet, fruity, floral, and acidic. How do we pack all of those flavors in to our Mango White Balsamic Vinegar? We use prized Alfoos mangos and pair them with our 25 Star Aged White Balsamic for a complex ingredient that can be used for both sweet or savory dishes.
COMPLEMENTS: Poultry dishes, pork, white fish, shrimp, salsa, fruits. Or put it into guacamole for a beautiful citrus kick. The madness will subside on its own, no need for medical assistance.
