Manual harvest carried out between mid and late September.

After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for over 12 months in second passage barriques. This is followed by 6 months of bottle aging.

Shiny ruby color, faded on the edges.
The nose is full of memories of wild berries, dark and sweet spices, tobacco and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it expands with softness and silky tannins, in a picture of perfect balance.
